Tender butterbeans simmered to a creamy softness and paired with sweet, blistered baby tomatoes roasted to perfection. Finished with herbs and a touch of olive oil, this dish is simple, comforting, and bursting with fresh Mediterranean flavour.  We’re serving this on a bed of spinach.

Description

INGREDIENTS:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, baby tomatoes, butterbeans, dried Oregano, onion, fennel seeds, bay leaf, white wine, smoked paprika, sea salt and black pepper.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:   Remove plastic lid  and transfer to another bowl or place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until heated through.  This container is microwaveable.
