When will I receive my order?

Our “Eat Well Weekly Edit” orders are delivered every Sunday. 

Orders from the online FOOD SHOP are delivered 1-2 working days from order.

Is Body Beyond purely plant-based?

Body Beyond centers around a plant rich diet.   There are no meat products used in our food.  We do a variety of plant-based and vegetarian meals, some of which contain dairy products.  You can check on-line for all ingredients for a particular meal.

Are all your meals gluten free?

Yes,  all our meals gluten free.

Is there protein in the Body Beyond meals?
Each meal includes plant protein of some sort to make sure that there is macronutrient balance and that you stay satiated. 
Does my food come fresh or frozen?

All Eat Well Weekly Edit meals are delivered fresh and should be refrigerated immediately and consumed that week for peak freshness.

Our Healthy Delicious Range of soups and stews are delivered frozen.   These need to either be placed in your freezer and defrosted when ready to consume.

Can I choose my menu?

We create a set menu each week which cannot be changed.  But we love feedback and will try to repeat popular meals.

Do you cater for food allergies?

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for food allergies at this time.  Please take care to read the list of ingredients on each meal before ordering.  Our kitchen does use peanuts and tree nuts.

What is your refund or return policy?

We do not have a return policy but please contact us if you have any issue with the freshness of our foods.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to Cape Town areas only.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Deliveries are scheduled for Sunday.   Please ensure that if you are not home, that there is someone there to take delivery.  Should our drivers not be able to reach you, you may be subject to an additional delivery fee should the driver have to come back later. 

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Your meals will be transported in insulated bags to ensure optimum freshness. 

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon as you receive your delivery.

Can I recycle the meal packaging?

All our packaging is recyclable.

Is it necessary to tip the driver?

While tipping the driver is optional, it would be a thoughtful gesture if you choose to do so.
