Hi there, I'm Sarah, lifelong lover of veggies, highly dedicated snacker and chili aficionado. Welcome to my world of delicious healthy eating!

Changing your eating habits is never easy, I learnt this first hand when I went plant-based 14 years ago. 

Dealing with the challenges of  “what to eat, having all the ingredients, preparing the meals, making sure you’re getting all the necessary macronutrients, having healthy snacks on the run”, shew….its a head trip.

Eating is a celebration, , but it should never be at the expense of our health.  Moreover it should be a daily opportunity to nourish not just our bodies, but also our hearts, minds, and connections with others. It’s a way to honour the seasons, cultures, memories, and the abundance that nature provides.

But with our busy lives, we have to resort to convenience foods.  Sadly, food companies take advantage of us by creating fast foods which are loaded with salt, sugar, preservatives and a whole lot of unhealthy additives to keep us eating and wanting more, destroying our mitochondrial functions in the process.

I’m a strong advocate for the power of plants and their vital role in supporting gut health—the cornerstone of lasting well-being.

Body Beyond is my celebration of real food, whole foods that feeds our bodies as well as our souls and every meal we create holds true to this.

There is no one perfect diet. Different diets work for different people for different reasons, but I think we can all agree that we all should be adding a little more veg to our diets and what would you know – A plant-based diet has plenty of protein.  

There is a saying that goes something like this, “When we are well, you have a 100 problems, but when you are sick you have only one.”    

Why do we need to wait until we are ailing before we see the value in wholesome food?   

I’m hoping that Body Beyond can pave the way for you.
